Sorority Row is a movie released on September 11 the year 2009 was filmed from October until January 2009. In August of 2008 Patridge was cast as Megan. Patridge was in Carl's Jr. commercials during the years 2009, 2010 and the year 2012. In denial of rumors, Patridge said that she would play the role of lead in the film adaptation based on her Hills co-star Lauren Conrad for the film adaptation of L.A. Candy based Conrad's book.
