Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also serves as the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion for training the next generation Biblical counselors. He is the Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne is married to Leslie. The couple has three children.
